As you'd might expect for a company that specializes in ink, this sketchbook handles ink beautifully! The paper is thick also works well with alcohol markers, though with some bleed-through (as is the nature of that medium). One thing I also noticed is that despite having very little tooth, the paper handles graphite better than expected (haven't tried any color pencils on it yet, so I can't give a verdict on it).
Of course this is best used for dry media, as if you use watercolors or inking via brush expect page warping. But overall this is surprising! 8/10, would buy again.

wasn't sure what to expect, but this is great!

I got this during one of the 24 hour special deals, not really sure what I was going to get. This is a beautifully bound hardcover thick paper heavy duty sketchbook that will stand the test of time. I'm really excited to start in it, and I'm just trying to get over the imposter syndrome I have about marking up such a beautiful book with my terrible sketches. 😂
