How can I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. For returns related to our Brush Fountain Pen, please note that the pen must be un-inked (ink cannot be drawn through the converter or ink). Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund minus any applicable shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.
What can I do if there is a defect with an item?
Our Brush Fountain Pen comes with a warranty period of 30 days. If there are any defects or if the item damaged upon arrival, we'll happily exchange the pen for you with additional no charges. However, you will be responsible for the shipping and returning the defective product back to us. We do not provide exchanges for items damaged from misuse or use over time. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
