How can I return an item?
If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. (No damage to nib, or other parts of the pen.) For returns related to our Brush Fountain Pen, please note that the pen must be un-inked (ink cannot be drawn through the converter or nib). Otherwise, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund minus any applicable shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
What can I do if there is a defect with an item?
Our Brush Fountain Pen comes with a warranty period of 30 days. If there are any defects or if the item damaged upon arrival, we'll happily exchange the pen for you with additional no charges. However, you will be responsible for the shipping and returning the defective product back to us. We do not provide exchanges for items damaged from misuse or use over time. Please contact us for more details.
What if I have an issue with my Fountain Pen Ink?
We are unable to take returns on any ink purchases. If the ink container was damaged in transit, please take a photograph of the damage, and contact us. Also note that minor blemishes on either the bottle or the cap does not constitute damage in transit.
Please contact us to initiate a return request. If your request is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, additional taxes and duties may apply upon import. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
