In the brightest turn of events at the beginning of 2021, Ferris Wheel Press received an invitation of a lifetime from Harrods, one of the most iconic luxury department stores in the world. As a purveyor of luxury goods and timeless style, Harrods’ extended the opportunity to take over one of their glass vitrine displays, inviting Ferris Wheel Press to proudly sit alongside London’s most renowned stationery brands.

At the ground level entrance of The Stationer – Harrods newest stationery concept store, is where the immersive scene was brought to life. Depicted in the vignette is a celebration of the Ferris Wheel Press universe intertwined with the most familiar sights of London that the world has fallen in love with. The scene is highlighted by an intricately hand-illustrated and laser-cut Big Ben, Tower bridge, charming row houses, and finally punctuated by our golden ferris wheel.

Determined to create something magical for the world to appreciate during these times, and in current global travel restrictions, this display was produced remotely here in our studio in Canada, and traveled 3500 miles to London to be brought to life. This display is not only meant to bring joy for those who encounter it, but it also represents a meaningful union and what is possible when we are collaborating globally.
