Arrived broken

The pen arrived with a cracked barrel, so it took some effort to remove the nib from the cover, and it won't stay in the barrel. I managed to get it to hold by using some masking tape, but I don't think that's going to last very long, which is a shame, because I like the pen. I reached out to support about the issue, but I haven't heard back yet, even though it has been a week and they advertise a 3 day response time. I'm hoping they can replace the pen, send a replacement barrel, or something else to resolve the issue.

Disappointed

This pen arrived cracked on December 26th. I sent a message to customer service with a picture and have not received any response as of January 5th. I put ink in it anyway to see if I would be able to use it and the nib stays within the cap due to the crack on the barrel not being able to hold onto it. When I finally managed to get the nib section out I could not get any ink to flow even after trying over a few days. The color of the pen however, is perfect.

My first fountain pen purchase. It kicked off a (borderline unhealthy?) obsession with fountain pens and inks vs the felt tip and gel pens I'd been using on my daily lists since forever. As someone with a tremor, I really appreciate how little pressure is needed to get a nice dark mark on the paper - the more I have to bear down, the worse the tremor gets, so this was a lovely discovery for me as I age!
